As a SR IT HelpDesk at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

 

Technical Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience managing MDM solutions such as Rippling, Intune, Jamf, or Workspace ONE.
  • Hands-on expertise in SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their essential services.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and wireless configurations.
