Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing MDM solutions such as Rippling, Intune, Jamf, or Workspace ONE.
- Hands-on expertise in SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their essential services.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and wireless configurations.
