Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining SharePoint solutions, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for building responsive and interactive solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to enhance SharePoint functionality and automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Azure Functions to extend SharePoint capabilities and integrate with other Microsoft services.
- Experience in executing SharePoint migration strategies using tools like ShareGate and Metalogix while following best practices.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint security models, permissions, and governance best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex SharePoint issues efficiently while optimizing system performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
