Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on AI technologies and platforms.
- Demonstrated success in agile development environments, with hands-on knowledge of methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), or Scrumban.
- Proficiency in product management and project tracking tools, including but not limited to Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical mindset, using data-driven insights to inform and justify product decisions.
- Proven ability to launch and manage complex software products, from initial concept through to successful delivery.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or C1 (Proficient) level in English.
